Children's events

In autumn half-term we run two events:

Holiday Club - Wednesday 29 October, 9:30am-12:00noon

Venue: Southern Community Centre, Sorrel Crescent

A busy morning for primary school children, with games, songs, a quiz, a Bible story, a memory verse and lots to make and do.

This year we are telling the story of Jonah and the whale.

This event is for children from reception class to year 6.

Bright night – Friday 31 October, 6:00-7:30pm

Venue: Southern Community Centre, Sorrel Crescent

A light party on Hallowe’en for children of primary school age.

Banish the darkness and the ghouls with an evening of games, lively songs, a Bible story celebrating Jesus as the ‘Light of the world.’

Make a craft with a light theme and finish with hot dogs!
